About the teacher
I'm Jennie Lee and as a Yoga Therapist it has been my greatest joy over the past 17 years to share the practices of meditation and yoga with hundreds of clients; from celebrities to CEOs, moms to military officers and more. I know personally, and have seen so many examples through my clients, of how meditation and yoga help us to deal with life's stressors like anxiety, loss, grief, depression and challenging relationships.
Now through my online courses, I am offering you the same in-depth counseling that I share with private clients. I will be with you along the way to answer any questions you have and I will be practicing alongside you daily, because these are the very things I rely upon to remain peaceful in my heart, happy in my mind, and balanced in my life.
